Questions
Does Eliza connect to Google Calendar or Outlook?
No. Eliza has its own built-in calendar, so there is nothing to connect and nothing to fall out of sync. Bookings, staff hours and time off all live in your Eliza dashboard, where you can add appointments yourself too.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Eliza comes with a number of its own, and you can forward your existing number to it, so customers keep calling the number they already know.
Which countries is Eliza available in?
Eliza serves businesses in Europe: your phone number is a European local number, and calls are handled on European infrastructure.
Can Eliza book a time that isn't actually free?
No. A booking is only written for a time that was checked against your calendar during the call, and the database refuses any appointment that would overlap another for the same person.
